You will need a mat and 2 small hand towels. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring hydration.

Somatic movement and exercise classes use a series of gentle movements that help to:
• reduce pain
• improve posture
• foster balance in the nervous system
• improve fluidity of movement
• harmonize the mind + body connection
• and allow you to feel more energetic

Yin Yoga - Tuesdays @6:30pm

Inspirational Guide: Joyce RYT

Yin yoga is a more meditative, quieter practice where postures are comfortably held for a bit longer to target the connective tissues. Yin yoga is a compliment to other forms of yoga and can offer many benefits for the body and mind.
