Somatic movement classes use a series of gentle movements that help to:
• reduce pain
• improve posture
• improve fluidity of movement
• and allow you to feel more energetic
It’s not magic , it’s science
These gentle movements work with your nervous system to create ease of movement and get rid of pain and discomfort.
Never heard of somatics? No problem! Most haven’t but don’t let that make you feel like you can’t do this. These movements are very gentle and very easy to learn. You’ll walk out of class noticing a difference.

NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Restorative Yoga and Energy Healing helps to:
*quiet the mind
*allow for deep relaxation of the body
*create space for a deep connection to self
*reduce stress
Equipment needed:
Yoga mat
Water/hydration (suggested)
Journal + pen (suggested)
Dress in layers and make sure you are comfortable. Bring anything you need to stay cozy, warm and relaxed.
Props we will be using:
1-2 bolsters
2-4 blankets (Mexican blankets or Iyengar blankets)
2-4 blocks
1 strap
